That's an interesting article. Years ago, production costs were ramped on here as below $100 per ounce. Last year MCO stated $500 per ounce. 9 months ago MCO stated $600 per ounce in a presentation and now this article says MCO are budgeting for $700-800 per ounce.
It looks like cash costs are blowing out a bit? Gold recovery looks to be at the lower end of the scale as per plants specs.
