I had a meeting with Bob last year....and found him to be a very switched on understated type guy. I will say, that when I found out he was leaving I was very concerned.

However, I have now met Ian on 2 occasions and spent an entire day with him watching him present to potential customers. If I had to choose who was heading our business it would be Ian, simple as that. He is the best man to front this business, and we are very lucky to have him.

He has built a similar business before (Active Utilities) and knows this market inside out.

Bob's involvement during last year was very limited, so it was a natural progression to put Ian in command.
