I assume 'Mr Market' loves how RIC will control a greater percentage of the 'supply chain', meaning the RIC CEO can (in time - not within the proverbial two minutes) - bring some of his management expertise to the acquisition.
I know little about the pet food market, except that Mars (My Dog, Pedigree, Dine, Whiskas and a host of others, some being pet care not pet food) and Nestle (Purina) must be major players.
Does RIC supply these companies as well as competing with them at a wholesale level?
