I again - state that in other Business and as you are the one with great Business acumen you would agree - there is no other Business where changes within an organisation would have been made NONE.
I don't care if they fossick for gold , make paper planes to sell. If this wasn't a fiefdom - this wouldn't happen.
It's that simple.
We all pay no one else does. Entirely our risk and fault no question - but if you aren't being lead by the real holders - you don't keep the positions either IMO
