Woodside valued COP's stake in Senegal/SNE field at $2.50/bbl of 2C, for what appears to be a less complex reservoir at a lower POO at the time of the deal date. I don't have references to any other recent deal transactions above this metric. Anything above zero is better than the implied negative value in the current market cap., but I don't expect KAR to give away 50% for any less than $2/bbl, but also not expecting to see $3/bbl.
