...but will investors be in a position to jump into ANS when it relists, or will they have already taken positions in numerous ‘bargains’ that abound?

In all seriousness, we’ve never experienced what’s happening and the World’s Economies simply cannot pause.

My concern is the timing for ANS. Do we relist ASAP or do we wait until the last minute (Sept 2020) to relist when the World’s Economies are either at their knees or have found their feet?
