Hello Hxs02,Yin I.R. and all Readers,

Something Secret is going on here and this is proven by the fact No Prospectus will now need to be presented with a Rights Issue because to get around that BTV seem to have sold 13,000,000 THR at 20 Cents to WDR.
I could be WRONG, however something that has come to my attention recently,is that BTV have obtained approx. $3,560,000 - Costs, from a Placement and Selling THR Shares and also that FWL are seeking $3,000,000 by a Convertiable Notes Issue in mid May, which have not been Issued as yet.
