The two large retailers will at first have their home brand cheaper to suck in shoppers.
Other smaller brands will be put out of business because they can't compete with the prices.
2 large retailers will have the monopoly and in the end they will be able to charge what they like because there will be no competition.
I myself don't like homebrand even if it is a bit cheaper, I have tried a couple of items and they are not the same quality.
I also like to be able to choose from a number of different brands - would hate just homebrand or black and gold....but that is just me....have a good day.
