Very hard to say...
SEC is always going to be under signifying discount pressure. It's a very small fund, based on AUM, and the performance to date has been ordinary.
At circa 25% discount it is tempting.
I think there will be significant shareholder unrest based on the discount and the horrible performance.
You definitely aren't buying into the fund for its performance. If anything, the narrowing of the discount is the only carrot.
