I think the answer to this is actually indirect. EPM fieldwork programme was discussed with a few questions at the AGM, (note GGG was on the same day incidentally). We had probably 2x more turn out than the previous year. But it was mentioned that it was intended to be July-Oct programme, which was awaiting for further clearances (some red tape must be holding it up). I note that Conico (CNJ) on the east coast had started flying in late May (after the COVID/Borders opened). So their approval was almost fast tracked, if you compare the two.
