I agree there Jefferies. Why did they buy it sight unseen? I believe its been up for ale for a good decade. Whats the sudden rush to hand over funds when they could have undertaken these works and checks first. This could be a lesson given the problems seen so far. I mean not even being able to access what youre buying will create an incredible loss. Even at best if the approval takes 5-7 years. Wont the market wake up to this and just walk away?
