Agreed, each to their own in terms of risk tolerance on these projects. you never know people's scales also, and how the same information is interpreted. You normally throw a few polling parcels just to acclimatize; read up before potentially investing more etc. We are now at a point where investors seem to have caught up to the historical information available. This ultimately might not be enough to get a large parcel built for some (or mothership for others!), and that's the market.
In my view; the pre-open and closing adjustment "games" we have been seeing is a sign that, we'll be robbed of our ability to choose to invest a bit more as the brokers playing with the stock will likely funnel transaction through Chi-X, and jumping the ASX queue on a significant good news day (i.e. prelim JORC let's say).
