I know what you are talking about. Especially when you ask for where the concern is and they cant even substantiate it. I now live in bliss in both forums.. Hes on ignore.

I consider myself a man who seeks to know the truth. I do on every investment. With EPM Ive discovered via contacting authorities the best route is do find out certain steps.

To find a method of piping to pump the pit is the first step. But we cant seem to find it..
To then pump a pit of water which is appears to be poisonous. But its said these substantiated reports untrue.
.That has apparently been sampled as ok. But we cant get the sampling report to know.
To ensure a sea wall is sound. Which cant be assured or given any chance to inspect.
To know if theres an approval to pump. But cant be told if one exists..
Of toxic concerns. Which arent given but found..
Or apply for a new one eg EIA. Which cant be answered to how long that would take compared to others.
Before perhaps a problem eventuates down the track and a huge investment becomes a huge loss.
EPM just needs to either have an answer or a solution. Why must it be so hard to find when it should be openly and clearly substantiated. Isnt that a part of the job?
As if a question can be answered. Then there is no longer a question. Misleading statements absent facts or substantiations are minor hurdles in between toward the truth.
We need EPM and the seller to simply give it over anything else thats not.
How fair is that?

I might be a problem solving troll? Do they have one of those whos intention is to not lose money, over that to gain?
