EPM is such a compelling case and to hone in on some water in a pit is misguided. Water from this pit can be removed within 3 weeks of pumping as was proven by historical mining operations in the 1960's. But you focus on your perceived negative and I'll confidently invest a sizeable sum but please don't call me 'lucky' as I make my own luck based on well researched sound investments. Sadly, you have zoned in on one tiny pit in a 43 square kilometre mining tenement bursting with REE like Europium and high grade silica all of which is fetching outrageous prices and in HUGE demand. Not to mention the Australian tenements focusing on Copper, Uranium, Manganese and Silver. Best of luck NRO - let's hope you can make some informed investment decisions in the future.
