Im not sure that bride is movable. Shame. But we can see from the pics further up its nowhere as deep as the pit. So its not really going to get all the water out unless the water was higher then sea level and then its not that much that can exit. It looks like it needs to be pumped to me at least.

I dont like the way you said it discharges into a Fjord. I assumed it was a sea. The Fjords may rise when ice melts and you can guess the rest. But Im assuming too that bridge may be to handle that. Another question to ask....and where is all that water coming from.
Cliffs look more solid then I thought. Very sheer face. No trucks driving down there. Must be shafts or something or a central steep upramp over a wrap around design. Youd think it crazy steep. Ill try find some more info. But still the water is more an issue for the operation itself and I hope the company releases something to help if gbb wont give us anything.
That looks bloody cold. Not sure trucks can operate in that. But I do know the region is melting more so and opening up. So the situation may be better than depicted.
