Forged - it's not just the older people who get it!

I know many people around my age (late 20's early 30's) who have gained a fair bit of wealth through buying, selling and developing property.

There are a few of us "Gen Y" who understand the concept of investing in property. Don't listen to the media about gen y. That would be like taking advise from Fat Bloater telling people to short QBE when they were 10.18 prior to there rise or advise from Massey. He is to busy picking avocados to know what he is on about.

They have lost all there money trading spec stocks so they can't buy a house. There jealous of us so they come over here to tell us where all about to loose all our money just like they did. That makes them feel just a little bit better. As long as Massey gets some thumbs up in cyber world he feels a little better. Very sad when you think of it.

Sector puts them on ignore. I'm purely on here for a little light entertainment.
