    "Are there always opportunities around or will they finish now and you will never get one if you don't take one now?"

    Probably not in Western Sydney now, but the same was said over and over about the storms on the horizon 18 months ago, and Sydney has now run up at an annualized rate of 15%
    That's a big move in RE.

    To apply caution to all cities/ regions/ markets is pure folly and bad advice.

    Some areas are to currently be avoided, others have run too fast, and others are just recovering and many will run again soon. The key is we are made up of many markets within one country.

    A pure blanket warning implies a lack of understanding on how the market has behaved/ does behave and that market cycles form in different areas for different reasons,
    Be that population demographics/ society preferences/ infrastructure projects or industrial booms.
