I tried to work out these figues as well and gave up.
What is does tell me is that production of at least 50000bpd is continuing. Much more of this and their update of "at least 12 million barrels" being produced by 30 June 2008 is going to be completely blown away.
I get the feeling the reserves are bigger than they are letting on, but the JV is afraid to upgrade these reserves and then have an AED attack and have to downgrade them again. I think they are being very conservative with the reserve numbers.
