the rounding off problem decreases if one looks at production over a longer timeframe. For example, 7.2mmbls produced on 16 Jan vs 8.7mmbls on 20 Feb, so 1.5mmbls in 35 days whcih comes to around 42500-43000 bbls/day. A little less than I'd hoped for. In part it may be natural decline and maybe some maintenance(?) but, whatever, it's probably a sign that around or just over 40000 bbls/day is the current order.
