There's one thing that is stopping the SP from moving...

There's one thing that is stopping the SP from moving forward and that's the war! Sanction's placed on Russia are harsh so hatch that it will cripple the Russian economy not just for months but decades and rightly so.
Those sanctions will have a roll down effect onto the world for a very long time. We are already seeing oil prices going to new highs BP for one will be stopping the import of oil from Russia etc etc. Over a week ago the SP dropped because Mums and Dads had super invested in blue chip shares instead of banks giving 1% return why wouldn't you. When a war of this magnitude is forming people who are not wealthy enough to ride it out and sell for safe haven. We witnessed that world wide. The war may very well end in days or weeks but the sanctions will still be there. Until things stabilise I believe we will see more lows. I believe in FMG as I had 2 houses worth on it but got out a month ago. And I will wait until the time is right and put those 2 houses back in because there will be lots of money to be made. I am a gambling man we all are if we deal in shares. We can talk about what FMG are going to do in the future all day long and it will be mighty. I worry though that if China sees these sanctions as a threat to them in one way or another will they then impose sanctions on iron ore I hope not. Just my view don't make it yours just having a say.
