+1 from me to back up NM. This guy was taking large positions through margin loans....legitimate loans that you pay interests on. He knew where BMN was going and we were all commending him for the on market purchases...but unfortuantely forces outside his control delt him a heavy hand.
No one would have seen this Opes debarcle coming. There is now suggestions of unlawful activities inside Opes, so you can liken it to loss of money due to criminal activities (if proven to be the case). Makes for interesting legal battles over the next few years.
