I have initially contacted WHN for an explanation - I thought it would be fair to give them a chance to respond.
So far I have had no response and I will be going to ASIC in the next few days.
I am particularly disappointed in the response to the ASX Aware query - that was absolute garbage.
How is a loan that ends up handing the company over to someone for $2mil not 'material'? Further, why do we still not have any idea what the 'near production asset' was? Seeing as though they didn't have the money to pay back the loan one can only assume they paid the deposit... so were is the asset? or what happened to the loan principle?
If there is no enquiry from ASIC I will be exploring legal options.
Sentiment of hold because there is no point in selling now - I think we have a better chance of getting some money back by selling off the current assets and winding the company down before any more Directors 'act in the best interests of shareholders'.
