    The extent of the mess has taken everyone by surprise. Delays, sugar coated ann and half truths have all been synonymous with this coy for a very long time.

    A history of total incompetence from the top, all the way down.
    Masters at conveying false impressions for the purpose of deceiving it's shareholders.
