It will effect the reconstruction IMO however it is about, what ever is to be RTO, if it is hot enough then ok.
Whatever it is, is taking a long time . I therefore suspect it is a RTO in another space that is the TECH area or perhaps MINING. Time is always the enemy I my case I will just wait. Sometimes it the one you wait on and get most frustrated with that goes. But who knows.
