    He certainly got it right. I came to Australia in 1972 because the English schools were being filled up with non English speaking children who slowed down the learning of the English kids. Australia and Adelaide were wonderful places then. Thank god Adelaide has still avoided the worst of the Sydney Melbourne disasters.
