IK makes an ann when he has something to ann that is of significance and worthy of an asx ann. A poster on another thread claimed it costs $1500 to issue an ann on the asx.
IMO we shouldn't get an ann until after the state election.
In the current financial climate for mining stock asx minnows the sellers are determining the sp. And if you have a good reason to sell and lower the sp you are going to be very effective. The price of a CR is determined by the heads, but you will notice that although the options are at a low, there is no volume to drive them down, no big sell orders hovering just above the last sell price. So it is a phenomenon experienced only by the heads, go figure?!?
