"IMO this drop cannot be due to an impending CR (which seems to be soon-ish anyway). I believe this due to the significant SP drop in 2 days....it should have been no more than 15%. That is to say, most CR's are issued at a 15% discount to the market average...so if an entity (again, IMO) thought this was imminent they would sell at a MAXIMUM of 15% less than current price to then buy in at a lower price. Given its dropped by 30% in 2 days, I think this counts the option out."

15% of which price, the price it was.... there goes your theory.
