All sitting back wondering why the heck this ann was made after the bell and not at 10am! Obviously not wanting too much mileage out of it.

Also considering how much it is going to cost them to participate. Will some have to sell CNN stock to raise funds or will they simply give up part of the company thay invested in because they are cash strapped. Gotta feel for those that cant afford it.

Also looking at sugarbowls sequence of events I personally would have liked to see a 2,3, 1, scenario.

Like Olympian I am still peeved that Biograde shareholders have access to CNN's uranium assets without contributing a thing back to CNN to date and we dont know if they ever will. Are they another Aquenox dead and buried (50c on float haha! Floating alright , belly up)).

The difference with this situation and the last one that gave a run to 20c is that Aquenox was being demerged and CNN was being left with the uranium potential value, while this time the uranium is being demerged and we are being left with Biograde and Bioglobal, both manufacturing companies they have had no real success with to date. What price on CNN (Cardia Bioplastics) sfter the demerger with over 600m shares. Consolidation, a la Dia B?

I think a lot of shareholders would feel more confident if Biograde was to pull its weight prior to the demerger but I believe they are expediting the demerger process so we may have a short record date.

On saying this, this is how they might like it. Trayburn (PV) is underwriting the issue and stands to pick up a swag of non participants entitlements as he did with ACap.

So Monday will be interesting as I dont think the effect of this ann will have anywhere near the effect of 2007.

Sorry guys I am happy with the ann but I am also considering the effect of the ann prior to the event as well as after the event, a holistic view so to speak.
