That's one reason I am going to be very interested to see what happens at the AGM. Clearly their is negative sentiment towards over paying executives and there is no doubt these guys are WAY over paid for what they have done.

Will the board take a stand for what they should do (and state in so many of their reports to shareholders) or roll over to appease management?

Anyone willing to predict an outcome?
