Maybe cookies end game is to obtain a chunk of the companies presently operating Mt Marrion and a chunk of Liontown at Buldania not actually triton. Maybe he' using triton as a mechanism to instigate negotiations with them.
LTR quarterly stated they have first option over the royalties I'm assuming Mt Marrion crew have the same option.
After all the excellent posts on this matter my vote will be NO.
To my knowledge MIN are a long way off mining area 59 and LTR haven' even stabbed a hole in the ground.
He offer holds no value to TON.
