    Thanks Elaine - almost my sentiment,
    The optimist in me has felt that way for a long time. It kind of smells like a typical Rio Project, just on a smaller scale. It also suggests the patient types will benefit.....eventually. anyway, I must get back to studying paint and leave this for the great great great grand children.
