It all depends on China's steel industry. Will China resume infrastructure building? IMO there is going to be an increasing gap between met coal prices and thermal prices. Remember that windmills need towers and towers need steel. COK has caused has caused a lot of grief for many of us, but at current prices its a bargain - if you have a strong stomach and no trouble sleeping at night.
