Is Cougar using the same Technology that he uses, becuase he does not seem to have upset anyone , and is going full bore---and is very inspiring---and I'm sre he uses Soviet technology.

It is ironic that Cougars troubles are impacting on CSG share prices, which have nothing to do really with UCG
