VXR's sulphur springs looks the goods with around 3000Au equivalent ozs per vertical metre, and able to be bulk mined.
I didnt like the deal untill I did a few calculations on it and it looks compelling can be transverse sub level stoped (Avoca) or by VCR, the grade is decent which lowers plant CAPEX (also improves IRR)and the decline is relatively short with some developent ore initially mineable prior to first stope firing.
Admitadly having less than 50% in it means they are not in the driving seat.
