Hi All,

I just logged on and saw all the chat regarding my earlier comments. My info came from my broker who was trying to get some shares for his clients in Europe and Aust, he was not hopefull as he thought the deal had already been done.(his company has raised capital for PEK in the past).

There was no mention of a cornerstone investor I would not like to speculate one way or another on that one... the comment was more that PEK wanted more international exposure and to spread the shareholder base.

My personal view is that I am glad they will finalise the Zari deal now, even if it means raising a small amount at this SP as I think we will not move forward until this deal is bedded down. In 12 months time it will just seem like a blip IMO.

I do not consider it dilutionary (is that a word lol) as we will be using the funds to purchase 20% more of Ngualla anyway, so we all will all own more at the end of this as well.
