Jen, I don't think there's anything wrong with people raising critical points about fundamental issues. Investors need to be clear in their minds what the weaknesses are as well as the strengths and whether they think the company can overcome them.

Brabus is right that UCL has had a chequered history so it's fair to raise that if it's backed with some substance. Personally I think that the company has proven their ability to achieve things through the good work done on Mehdiabad and also the team they have currently assembled. So I'm happy to hear the challenges - at the least it keeps me thinking and not just bumbling along believing everything is going fine when it might not be.

UCL is a spec company with only a little bit of cash reserves and just two projects - one a significant project in a messy dispute and another promising one that in quite early stages. People should be careful of the exposure they choose to take.
