hi poyndexter, thanks for the detailed reply... A lot of things to consider... last time we did some travelling..( we went to fiji, actually twice in 4 months) the second time we took 11 friends wth us..it was great..
Not sure if we will go alone (dont have many friends now.lol)
My 14 year old just cam back from a school camp.. camping...not in a rush to do it again...lol we have always stayed in hotels, or cabins in caravan parks...so I dont think our family is ready for full blown in tent camping...
I love driving holidays...I would drive to QLD..but its time factor...so for bang for buck in 8-10 days ..it could be a cruise...or bali me thinks.... i will lay out all scenarios to mrs rebel and the little rebels... Another thought 5k would get a spa....hmmmm
