Galba, Roger Montgomery, in his calculations, assumes Myer dividends are paid out on 75% of profit- check the MYR "pumped and dumped" thread. That would be the MYR policy on dividends, which probably won't change. If there is a downgrade, the amount of dividend might lessen.

Making reference to department stores, it says "Sales were weaker across the board, with food, clothing and department stores all recording large drops in demand as consumers feel the weight of rising energy and living costs and some taking advantage of the country's strong exchange rate by shopping more online."
Today's price drop for MYR would be reflecting the retail sales figures.
