just having a quick look at the company reports, i note the following. from a report, back in august, i quote the following

"This is expected to confirm the high value of the
Ellendale 9 production. Diamonds recently recovered from the eastern section of Pipe 9 have been valued by Nick Yiannopoulos at an average of US$170 per carat."

from a more recent report, i quote the following

"Kimberley Diamond Company NL is pleased to announce that some 4,320 carats of diamonds recovered from the first 5 (1/2) weeks of mining operations on the Ellendale 9 Pipe, were sold earlier this week for a total of US$575,480 (A$1,056,000) at an average price of
US$133/carat."

it is the return per carat, that got my attention.. i may have misread something, because i also see that the average sale price per carat, is 100%

anyway, just a bit of a contribution
