From what I read the restriction is 95,000 for private vocational providers for the 2025 calendar year (with various visa categories excluded).
The real devil in the detail will be in the individual caps applied to each institution and specifically for EDU. This still represents a significant risk until we know the number but the current total and recent new student enrolments should at least underwrite profitability for the next 12 months or so (assuming they keep costs under control).
