Almost all toothpastes have fluoride which is ingested by kids so many areas do not need water added to fluoroide as kids ingest through toothpaste.

It says on the packaging not to let kids ingest fluoride toothpaste!

The dentists are responsible for a lot of health problems because they focus on teeth and don't consider the big picture of health. Hence mercury in amalgam fillings, topical fluoride application, root canal procedures, etc.
