    Ian Dixon... supposedly a credible man.  Judging on his performance on  CYP and this shameful continuous no comment fiasco, he is more like a gutless cad whose gone into hiding.
    He is the Executive Director, he knows what his duties are.
    So much for his promised communication strategies.
