The lack of institutional support for BNB is criminal.
If BNB is allowed to fail or be carved up, mark my words:
There are dozens of companies listed on the ASX that are highly leveraged to debt and have a poorer outlook and dogier assets than BNB.
If BNB fails, it will be the first of many that will see a minimum 40% decline on the ASX over the next year or two.
If support is not shown at this early stage, there will be no stopping the dam that is about to break.
And when you look for a culprit amongst the bankers, look first to the central banks that kept global interest rates artificially low for decades and created the highly geared corporate culture.
Now, this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
Thanks Winston.
