Either way as long as the product delivers as it has in various other tests,11% (perhaps as low as 8.8% cheaper with high concentrate version),should easily be justified by the bean counters the DOTS,as far as less abrasive wear by tyres,more time between scheduled maintenance relay's,less traffic interference and who knows if they are allowing discounts on bulk/bulk amounts.
Also we saw the photo on the 2nd last announcement showing no rio in the crete,we dont know if the Federal specs allow that,do we. If that is so,it would be a further saving and as time goes on they will probably increase the savings figure as the performance outperforms what they were figuring on as far as having to relay the surface.
