It would be interesting to find out exactly WHEN this agreement was signed -that will provide the two year cut-off.

I suspected that the delay in announcements was for the benefit of Novus, but this puts a whole new complexion on things.

Another question is whether the small shareholders will capitulate and gift Novus or whether they will see the bigger picture.

I hope people take up their entitlement and benefit from what appears to be a backlog of positive news.

For me, I had listed some options for sale and cancelled the order this morning on the balance of probabilities.
