LYC and ARU are a little more vulnerable to takeover because they don't have any near term project they can use to develop their high capital projects.
ALK should be able to use it's gold deposits to create capital to get the rare earth deposit off the ground. Then holders will be able to collect divvies for the following 100 years or so, while demand for rare earths continues to grow.
