    They have combined technology of theirs with ours they would benefit from a deal as much as we would so I would think the deal going through is a very good bet however the terms of the agreement well that's when we find out what our management is worth and what they are capable of... Realistically if they secure around the 15 mil mark then ipso facto we are in business
