I think nothing much will happen if they are only getting the R&D tax refund. It will only give the company a couple more years of life support. If however, they can get Ixom on board and Black Rocks to project finance the completion of the plant or perhaps a joint venture to split the future profits, then you are likely to get more than your investment back. But with shareholders losing confidence and selling out to depress the share price, it makes negotiations that much harder.
