Banks have no choice they are the ones who own AEZ now.
Bulding can not be sold and has to be managed. They will roll it over - no questions.
The question is what will global , in particular Europaean economy do?
i am wating for next set of data for AEZ to buy more;
not sure if is that cheap considering recent chaous in Europe?
