Could just be a Pommy insto taking more position but its the sp rise thats going with the volume thats interesting.
An annmnt in the coming days will be the only indicator and then we should know the reason anyway.If not I'm betting its a Pommy insto taking a position.
Then again it could be those Cannucks but I would think CNT's project is what might be attracting them to Egypt.
